By registering an account or creating a storefront on EcomSuite ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. EcomSuite provides e-commerce SaaS infrastructure including store subdomains, automated courier booking (Pathao & Steadfast), payment gateway integrations (bKash, Nagad, COD Advance), and server-side Meta Conversion API (CAPI) tracking.

You must provide accurate contact and business details during store setup. Each merchant is allocated a unique .ecomsuite.app subdomain. Subdomains remain property of EcomSuite and may be reclaimed if abandoned, inactive for over 90 days on free tiers, or violating local laws.

New merchants receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime from your store admin dashboard.

EcomSuite facilitates automated transaction ID verification for bKash Merchant Pay, Nagad, and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) advance charges. EcomSuite is not a financial institution; all funds are settled directly into your connected merchant gateway accounts or courier wallet balances.

1-Click parcel booking integration with Pathao Courier and Steadfast Courier operates via official API channels. Merchants are responsible for adhering to courier weight limits, packaging guidelines, and prohibited goods lists. EcomSuite is not liable for parcel damage or transit delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Merchants may not sell counterfeit goods, illegal substances, unauthorized weapons, or conduct deceptive fraudulent schemes. Violation of acceptable use policies results in immediate store suspension without refund.
